Jim Daniels, founder and President of The Daniels' Companies, has been in the Real Estate business for almost thirty years. Jim has been a California Real Estate Broker since 1977, Superior Court Expert Witness, Real Estate Consultant to Affinis Environmental Services, and former instructor for the California Department of Real Estate and Anthony Real Estate Schools. In addition to his many professional affiliations, Jim works hard to improve his community by serving as a board member and past president to many local organizations such as Communities Against Substance Abuse, the Olaf Wieghorst Museum Foundation, El Cajon Kiwanis, and the East County Chamber of Commerce.

Shelley Fairhurst, Director of Residential Management, is in charge of coordinating all aspects of our residential management division. Shelley has been with the company for over ten years and has brought with her extensive qualifications gained from working with local corporate management companies with over 20 years experience.

Bob Karo, Broker Associate, has been a real estate professional for over 30 years. Bob's years of experience and knowledge of the real estate market provides home buyers and sellers security and the ability to make wise decisions. Bob also excels in the purchase, sale and exchange of land and income producing properties.

Jamie Pollem, Real Estate Agent, is the newest addition to The Daniels' Companies. With innovative marketing approaches, detailed organization, and strong communication skills, Jamie is a great choice to represent you in the sale your home.

Lila Daniels, Chief Financial Officer, has been an integral part of the business since it's' inception and runs the in-house accounting department. She brings with her many years of experience from the accounting firms of Arthur Young & Co. and Rhodes & Dewitt.

Donna Walters, Executive Assistant, handles the myriad of office procedures from dispatching contractors for repairs and preparing invoices to making sure each person who calls our office receives a friendly greeting and personal attention.
