Daniels, President of The Daniels' Companies, has been in the Real Estate business for almost thirty-five years. Jim has been a California Real Estate Broker since 1977, Superior Court Expert Witness, Real Estate Consultant to Affinis Environmental Services, and former instructor for the California Department of Real Estate and Anthony Real Estate Schools. In addition to his many professional affiliations, Jim works hard to improve his community by serving as a board member and past president to many local organizations such as Communities Against Substance Abuse, the Olaf Wieghorst Museum Foundation, El Cajon Kiwanis, and the East County Chamber of Commerce. Contact. Lila Daniels, Chief Financial Officer, has been an integral part of the business since it's' inception and oversees the in-house accounting department. She brings with her many years of experience from the accounting firms of Arthur Young & Co. and Rhodes & Dewitt. Contact. Shelley Fairhurst, our Director of Residential Management, is in charge of coordinating all aspects of our residential management division. Shelley has been with the company for over eighteen years and has brought with her extensive qualifications gained from working with national corporate management companies with over 30 years experience. Donna Walters, Executive Assistant, handles the myriad of office procedures from dispatching contractors for repairs to making sure each person who calls our office receives a friendly greeting and personal attention. Jamie Pollem is the staff bookkeeper who handles the accounting for each property including rent collection/deposits, accounts payable, invoicing, bank reconciliations, and monthly owner statements.
